Accounting Services

Valley Small Business Development Corporation can provide accounting / bookkeeping services for those businesses which do not have the necessary qualified staff or otherwise wish to streamline their operations by outsourcing these functions.

Computerized services are available to provide a customized chart of accounts with data entry for cash receipts and disbursements, payables and receivables (with subsidiary ledgers), and general journal entries. Financial statements are provided for internal use only.

A full payroll service is available, including payments by check or direct deposit as well as preparation of payroll tax returns and year end W-2's, and direct deposit of payroll taxes.
